Booking and Image Selection:

• $147 is required upon booking unless a different arrangement has been made. Rescheduling is an option if you can't make the original date, but there are no refunds for cancellations.

​

• Camera time is 10 mins. You'll have at least 8 retouched images to choose from, with the option to purchase additional images starting at $147.

​

• Enjoy More, Save More: Save up to 70%. Savings are applied when purchasing 2 or more additional images.

​

• Purchase Freedom: Only purchase what you love. There's no obligation to buy additional images.

​

Image Quality & Delivery:

• Mini-session digital images receive standard retouching and are delivered in JPG format. Signature and Master retouching is used for images intended for folio boxes and wall art.

​

• Timely Turnaround: You can expect your photographs to be ready for viewing and selection within a maximum of three weeks. We'll notify you by email, text, or phone call when they're ready.

​

Session Specifications:

• Each slot accommodates either an individual, a couple, or a single family consisting of parents with up to 3 small children, or 4 older children who can follow instructions.

​

• Open to multiple bookings of up to two slots per family to cater to larger families or those desiring an extended shoot.

​

Maximizing Your Session:

• Arriving on time for the session ensures that you make the most of your time slot. The session will end on time even if you come late.

​

• Cooperation between photographers and clients is crucial for a successful photo session. If a child is very upset or sick, we may reschedule for the next available date.

​

Respecting Your Privacy:

• Images of you, your kids, or your family may be shared on Colina Portrait's social media, blogs, and website, or used for our studio's marketing. They won't be sold to others without your permission.

​

• Data Protection Commitment: We'll keep all the personal information collected during this booking private and won't sell it to businesses or third parties.
